Terms of Service

1. The service

What's Missing is an AI-powered styling service. You upload a photo of an outfit or a room, and the service uses AI models to provide a critique, a score, and a generated visualisation of suggested improvements.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent.

3. Credits

The service runs on credits. One analysis consumes one credit.

• Free monthly credits: every account receives 5 free credits per month. Unused free credits expire at the end of each monthly period and do not roll over.
• Purchased credits: credits bought as one-time packs do not expire while your account is active.
• Promo codes may grant additional credits under the conditions stated with each code.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

4. AI-generated content

All critiques, scores, and generated images are produced by AI models. They are suggestions and inspiration — not professional advice — and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Generated "after" images are illustrations of ideas, not exact depictions of achievable results. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or fitness of any AI output.

5. Acceptable use

When using the service you agree to the following:

• Only upload images you own or have the right to use.
• Do not upload images of other people without their consent.
• Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or sexually explicit material, or any images depicting minors.
• Do not attempt to abuse the credit system, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that disrupts it for others.

6. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and process your images solely to provide the service — including sending them to our AI provider for analysis and generation. You may use the generated results for personal purposes. The What's Missing name, design, and software remain our property.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as decisions made based on AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish law.

8. Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts, without limiting your rights as a consumer to bring a dispute before the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
