Refund Policy

What's Missing is a digital service that runs on credits. This page explains when purchases can be refunded and how to reach us.

1. How credits work

Credits are consumed when you run an analysis: the service starts processing your image immediately and the result is delivered right away. A consumed credit therefore represents a fully delivered digital service.

2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen).

  • Unused purchased credits: if you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund.
  • Partially used packs: when you start using the credits, you consent to the service beginning during the withdrawal period. The right of withdrawal then no longer applies to the consumed credits. Within the 14-day window we refund the value of the remaining unused credits from that pack.
  • Free monthly credits and promo credits have no purchase value and are not refundable.

3. Failed generations

If an analysis or image generation fails for technical reasons and a credit was still deducted, we restore the credit. Most cases are handled automatically; if you spot a wrongly deducted credit, contact us and we will add it back.

4. How to request a refund

Email jenny@nystrandtechsolutions.se from the address linked to your account, and include the approximate purchase date. We reply within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
